Tier 1 Research Contacts — OSF Re-Analysis Bench

This page is the public researcher directory for the Tier 1 Open Science Framework (OSF) re-analysis bench — the two independent researchers being scoped as OSF-registered replication sites for the MIMIC-IV classifier validation referenced in /evidence-deck, Section 3. The bench is the “who does the independent re-analysis” counterpart to the methodology and pre-registered endpoint criteria on the evidence deck. These are the people who would take the held-out cohort and run the classifiers to their primary endpoint (AUC ≥ 0.80 per classifier) before the sponsor sees the result.

The methodology these contacts would re-analyze lives at /evidence-deck — classifier decomposition, MIMIC-IV validation signals, and the OSF pre-registration scope.

Tier 1 Researchers on the Bench

Two researchers cleared the Tier 1 OSF re-analysis shortlist. Each carries a substantive track record on the trial-design axis their re-analysis covers — RIGHT (right-trial design authority), NOVEL (novel-endpoint methodology), and/or CONVINCING (convincing-read primary endpoint validation) — so a sponsor-side due diligence reviewer can map each card to its replication role without chasing footnotes.

Independent Replication Pathway

The OSF retrospective re-analysis (Section 3 of /evidence-deck) is the next validation milestone: pre-registration lodges the analysis plan on OSF before any data access, then the classifiers run against the held-out cohort to the pre-specified primary endpoint (AUC ≥ 0.80 per classifier). Pre-registration is targeted for Q3 2026 and Results for Q4 2026 — contingent on OSF data-access approval. The two researchers on this bench are the Tier 1 independent-replication sites for that work.
